Combining Proposals

Multiple proposals can be generated by date range and combined for a single Contact.

This will allow you to see each proposal individually and have a totals of all proposals at the end of the report.

This can then be emailed to your client as a PDF file or saved locally on your computer.

  • Go to Reports > Proposal from the Navigation Bar

  • Under the first drop down menu, select Date Range

  • Enter the the date range you want to search

    • A 1st tab labelled Combine Proposals (Date Range) now appears that you will click:

  • Click the Contact/Lead field to search for the Contact you want

  • Type the name of the Contact you want

  • Click Refresh Results to load the event based on your filters

  • Select the proposals you’d like to send by checking them off individually

  • Click the Combine Selected button to generate the reports in one PDF file

    • IMPORTANT: DO NOT CLICK SHOW REPORT

      • This will attempt to pull all proposals for all contacts across the date range chosen and can freeze your system for a while while it generates.

        Once the report pulls up you will be able to see the Combined Grand Totals for all the proposals you chose on the last page!

        To email this combined invoice to the appropriate contact, simply click the Email Report button and continue as you normally would when emailing a proposal.
