The Room Manager shows a list of all the available Rooms/Area Names and associated Event(s) assigned to those rooms.
The graphical representation of a day will help immediately identify room bookings.
The Room Manager can be accessed from Calendar > Room Manager or Venue > Room Manager in the navigation menu drop-down.
- Show Status(es): Designate the events statuses that should be shown in the search results.
- Show Event Titles: Check this to see the Event Titles when you hover your mouse over the event in the grid.
- Date: Choose the desired date in the date picker.
- Venue Type: Choose between:
- On Premise: All available rooms (and sub rooms) in your facility are listed on the left. Events span the Room manager by room time in and time out.
- Off Premise: Lists venues (deliver to) and Events rather than Rooms.
- Search button to apply the change.
