PLEASE NOTE: Leads are only available in Feast Level TPP subscriptions created prior to 2022 or in our TPPsales CRM add-on.
If you have a lead that was accidentally entered twice, you can merge two leads together.
First, go to red toolbar and hover over Lead and then choose Lead Merge:
From here you will enter in your search criteria to find the two leads to merge.
Check the box next to the entries to merge and click View Duplicates.
The next screen will show all the information between the two leads and allow you to choose which bits of information should remain between the two.
Once you have made your selections then click the Merge button.
It will then merge the leads into one and retain the chosen fields.
All event history from both original leads will now be on the newly merged contact.
