  • First Login: Where to find our login page, changing the temporary password, and confirming your email for future account access recovery. 
  • TPP Homepage: Overview of the initial homepage and options to change to a different homepage.
  • Administration: Setting up company information and defaults
    • Business Information/Logos: Adding your logo(s) to your account to use on client facing documents (i.e. Proposal, Invoice, etc.)
    • Taxing Rules: Set up your tax location(s) to charge taxes on events.
    • Contracts: Create contracts to send to clients for signing.
      • Electronic signing is available as an add-on. Please contact Client Care for more details!
    • Profile & Preferences: The area where most of your account wide defaults are set up.
      • Events Main Defaults: Set default venue, tax location and more here.
      • Event Financial Defaults: Define your service charge, gratuity, and other financial defaults.
      • Report Preferences Tab: Rename specific client facing labels and more!
        • Almost all defaults in Profile & Preferences can be changed at the event level if needed.
        • Changing at the event level will not impact the defaults.
