How to Reactivate a Contact in TPPsales
Reactivate Contact
First you will navigate to TPPsales > Accounts > Contacts.
Next, you will choose the contact you want to reactivate
Once inside the Contact Profile, you will notice INACTIVE beside the Contact name. From here, you will select the three-dot menu and choose Reactivate from the dropdown.
Doing so will populate your previously inactive contact back into your active contacts list.
