Manage Users/TPPsales
Now that you have the CRM Tool added into your account, you’ll need to provide your team access or they may be met with this error when accessing TPPsales
Only Admins are able to permit access to users for TPPsales. In order to update those permissions, go to Administration > Manage Users.
There is now a new column labeled “TPPsales?” with checkboxes beside each users login ID.
Simply check off the TPPsales box next to the user you wish to provide access to, and you’re good to go!
There will be a TPPsales Seat per User Seat on your account.
