Welcome to TPP’s

When it comes to catering events, preparation is key.

One of the most important steps in ensuring a successful event is making a list of all essential equipment you will need to implement the events successfully.

This will help you to be fully prepared when you reach the event.

Whether you’re a seasoned caterer or just getting started in the business, TPP’s Pack List feature is a great way to automate most of the work and ensure you aren’t making unnecessary trips back to your kitchen for forgotten supplies.


Before You Start

Before you start, it is important to advise that Pack Lists are only included in some subscription* levels.

Follow the steps below to check if you have Pack List features.


Manual Pack List Verification

You can check if you have the ability to create manual Pack Lists by opening any event and clicking the Pack tab on the left.

If you do not have any Pack List features in your current subscription, you will see this message.

Current Feast level subscriptions have Manual, but not Automated Pack List Functionality.

Automated Pack List Verification

You can check if you have Pack List automations by going to Inventory in the red navigation bar and choosing either Pack List Association Summary or Pack List Service Style Associations.

If you do not have Automated Pack List access, you will receive the message below:

Currently, Delicacy level subscriptions have both Manual and Automated Pack List Functionality.

Now that we’ve checked, let’s get started. The first step is the most important and time consuming, so the faster you start then the faster we can get to all the Pack List goodness you are excited for!
