Manual Pack Lists
Individual items can easily be added to Pack List once the item is in your database.
Adding to an Event
Each event in your system has a Pack tab on the left toolbar that can be used to generate a pack list for your team.

Once you are on the Pack List tab you can easily add/remove items that are needed to implement the event.
Pack Tab Overview
There are a lot of options on the Pack tab that may/may not be available for your subscription. Manual pack list functions are currently available to Feast and Delicacy subscribers.
Group By
Choose how the items are grouped on the Pack Tab as you are working.
- Options are:
- Inventory name: Alphabetically by the item name
- Category: Groups items from the same category together
- Classification: Groups items with the same classification together
- Storage Location: Group by the storage location assigned at the item level
- Service Area: Group by the storage area assigned within the pack list
- Association: Group by what item you sold on the event that the pack list item was automatically packed for *
- * not applicable to manual pack lists
Hide Unpacked Items
Automatically packed items can be soft deleted using the Unpack button. *
* This feature does not apply to manual pack list items.
Pack Tab Buttons
- Manage packlist: Click this to add items from inventory to the pack list.
- Rebuild packlist: for manual pack lists, this will delete all items that you have added.
- This is mostly used to reset automatic pack lists items back to their default automated pack lists settings.
- Unpack all items: Automated pack list function only.
- Soft deletes all automatically packed items from the pack tab.
- Update Service Areas: Allows you to assign each item a specific service area within the venue for on-site reference at the venue.
- Packlist report: Print or email the pack list that you created.
Manual Pack Conclusion
As long as an item is in your active inventory database then it can be manually added to the Pack tab of an event. Having a pack list to work from when producing an event can streamline your processes and prevent your team from having to run out during the event to get forgotten items.
