What countries is TPP Pay available in?

TPP Pay is only available for accounts in the United States at this time.


What is the cutoff time for processing?

8:15pm CST is the cutoff time, regardless of the time zone that you are processing in.


Can I accept ACH/eCheck?

Yes, you are able to turn this option on in your TPP Pay settings.


How long does it take to receive funds from transactions?

Credit/Debit transactions take 2 business days to fund*.

ACH/eCheck transactions take 7 business days to fund.

*Accelerated funding is available (Credit/Debit transactions only) for an additional $20/month


How long do voids and refunds take?

Voids processed before a business days’ cutoff time are immediately marked as voided and the bank it was authorized against is advised.

The bank then controls when the funds being held are released, but generally it is next business day.

Refunds can take 3-5 business days, per the industry standard.


My client is in a country not listed in the drop down. Can I take payment from them?

Payments from countries not listed directly in TPP can be completed using the Virtual Terminal in the TPP Pay Merchant Portal.

Am I able to send a client a link to make a payment online?

Yes, you are able to include a payment link in almost all outgoing emails from TPP to clients.


What is the MCC code for TPP Pay transactions?

The MCC code is 5811, which is Catering.
