8/14/2023 Password Update Details
As part of our ongoing efforts to make TPP the most stable and secure software possible, we wanted to alert you to a quick security update occurring Monday, 8/14.

Why do I have to change my password?
You have likely seen, when logging into other websites, the majority now require a “Strong Password” – a combination of Upper and Lower Case letters, Numbers, and Symbols.
The amount of possible permutations for a “Strong Password” provide an improved security measure for your account, making it harder for bad agents to Phish or Brute Force your password. Essentially, it helps better protect your account!
*While we have not had any overall security concerns to date over here at Team TPP, providing enhanced security is a necessary step in future-proofing to better protect all users.*
How can I tell if I have a “Strong Password” already?
If it currently includes a “Special Character”, ( like ‘!’ or ‘?’) you’re in good shape!
If not, you will likely be prompted to change your password 8/14.
