Timeline Packages

Managing your events just got easier!
Timeline Packages allows you to quickly add your most commonly used event times to your event with pre-configured time blocks, eliminating multiple clicks and keeping your processes efficient and organized!
Timeline Packages are located under Administration > Custom Lists > Event Times
How to create a Timeline Package
Select Add Timeline Package and input a name for your package, then click Add.
The Timeline Package you created will populate and you can begin to design your Timeline Package:
- Add Timeline Items: These are Event Times that are already created in your TPP account.
- You can choose to have an Estimated Time or an Exact Time
- You can select your times to be Before or After the Event Start or Event End.
- Proposal Notes and Production Notes associated with specific Times can be added to your package as well.
After adding your items to your Timeline Package, select Save Package.
Editing a Timeline Package
To edit a Timeline Package, go to Administration > Custom Lists > Event Times > Edit Timeline Package.
From here, you can choose which timeline you wish to edit from the dropdown.
Add additional times by using the Add Timeline Item dropdown or to make changes to a specific time, select the Pencil Icon beside the time you wish to update.
Now that you have created your Timeline Package, you can begin to add it to your events!
