Adding a New User
Need to add an additional user to your TPP account? You can do so by going to the Subscription Manager.
The Subscription Manager is located in the drop down menu under the User Icon that is located in the top right corner of TPP.
*Only accessible for users with Admin access*
Selecting the Subscription Manager will take you to your Subscription & Billings page where you can view your Current Users or select Add User to add additional user seats to your account.
Note: Additional user seats start at $25 per month/ per user (or $300 annually) and are billed based upon your current subscription payment agreement.
Once the user seat is added to your account, a receipt will be sent to the billing email on file and you will have access to assign the user seat to a new user.
How to Assign a User Seat
Under Administration > Manager Users, you can assign a user to your newly added user seat.
This will take you to Manage System UsersĀ where you will see an additional user seat available and the Create New User button will be accessible.
Select Create New UserĀ button and assign the Login ID, First and Last Name, Email Address, and Password.
Use Copy User Permissions From to duplicate user permissions from an existing user to this new user or customize their permissions after creation.
To finish, click Add.
Your new user has been created!
