Social Tables

The integration with Social Tables allows for the export of event information (Venue, Event Date and Time, Invoice # and Contact Info) from Total Party Planner to Social Tables. You then manage the layout and setup of the venue by logging into your Social Tables account. The integration keeps you from having to do any double entry, saving you time!

To set up the connection, go to Administration > Business > Profile & Preferences and select the Application Preferences tab. Enter your Social Tables username and password here by clicking the Edit Credentials button.

When you would like to export an event to Social tables, navigate to that event in Total Party Planner. On the Main tab of the event, click on the purple logo to connect to your Social Tables account. The event information will be exported. Now you can log in to Social Tables to build the venue layout.

After the export, you will have additional options available to you.
