Clearing Your Browser’s Cache
We recommend clearing your internet browser’s cache periodically to delete any old data your browser may be holding onto. This is always the first step in troubleshooting any issues you may be encountering where something that was working fine is suddenly not working as intended.
The way the cache works is this: As you browse through different websites, your browser collects little pieces of data and cookies in its cache so when you go back to that website it remembers certain things about the page, and thereby makes the page load more quickly and more intuitively for you as a user.
However, sometimes this browser setting can backfire. Take for example when a website releases an update to certain features. Your browser is expecting the website to do A, B, and C functions, but now the website is telling your browser to show you E, G, and F functions. This can cause the website to act erratically, throw errors, and have the speed of a snail- and nobody likes that.
