How Clients Create an Online Ordering Client Profile

Clients can create a personal profile on your TPP Order store, allowing the system to remember their information for faster checkout on future orders.

Creating a Client Profile in the Online Store

Before You Begin 

The client must already exist as a contact in your TPP account. Their email address in TPP is what the system uses to verify and link their online ordering profile — if a matching contact record doesn’t exist, they will not be able to register. 

Step 1: Access the Store 

The client navigates to your TPP Order store link and selects Create a New Account. 

Step 2: Enter an Email Address 

The client enters the email address that is on file for them in your TPP contact records. This must match exactly. 

Step 3: Verify with MFA Code 

TPP Order does not use passwords. Instead, a six-digit verification code is sent to the client’s email address each time they log in. The client enters the code to complete sign-in. 

Step 4: Profile Created 

Once the code is entered successfully, the profile is created and the client is logged in. No further setup is required. 

 

What the Profile Remembers 

Once a client’s profile exists, TPP Order will retain: 

  • Their email address for faster future login 
  • Their delivery address (if they place delivery orders) 

Important Notes 

  • Clients will receive a new six-digit MFA code every time they log in — there is no stored password at any point. 
  • Profile creation only needs to happen once. On future visits, the client selects Sign In, enters their email, and uses the MFA code sent to their inbox.
