Event Building

Mondays at 1PM EST/10AM PST

New to TPP and want to start building events? This one-hour session will explore the Admin and Profile & Preferences area of TPP. We will then move on to basic event building and Proposal settings.

Reporting & Communications

Tuesdays at 1PM EST/10AM PST

This one-hour session will include an event building Q&A session, explore Front of House reports (i.e. Proposal, Invoice, Contract), connecting your email to TPP, and an eSign overview.

NOTE: It is highly recommended that new users attend the first Event Building session before attending the review session.

Deep Dive:
TPPsales & Vision Board

Front of House

Monday & Wednesday at 3PM EST/10AM PST

This one-hour session will focus on using TPPsales with events, Vision Board, and give you a chance to practice and get feedback/ask questions.

Note: It is highly recommend that you have attend both 1pm sessions related to event building before attending the deep dive session or have been using TPP to create events on a regular basis.

Event Financials

Wednesdays at 1PM EST/10AM PST

Take control over your TPP financials with the one-hour session that will cover how to use TPP Pay, financial reports (i.e. Accounts Receivable, Ledger), and our CRM product, TPPsales.

Recipes & Menu Item Packages

Thursdays at 1PM EST/10AM PST

Learn to create recipes and use costing in this one-hour session that will explore prepping your inventory to use with recipes, building recipes, menu item packages, and reports related to recipe production and costing.

Learn all about pack lists with this one-hour session that will explore prepping your inventory to use with pack lists, manual pack list functions, automation, always pack items, and reports related to pack lists.
