How do I set up a preset message to use in the eSign email?

You can create custom templates to easily add to outgoing emails under Custom List > Email > eSign Email Body Messages.

When do eSign requests expire?

If you have sent a request for your client to electronically sign a document, it will remain active until one of the following things happen:

  • The client signs the document

  • You delete the document from TPP under the Fountain Pen icon

  • You cancel your eSign account

How many users on my TPP account can send documents for eSign?

Anyone with a login to TPP can send documents via the eSign integration as long as they have access to the reports that can be signed.

Access can be removed in the user permission area under Administration > Manage Users

Can I add additional emails for signed document notifications?

At this time, only the main email address and and signer email addresses will be notified. Signed documents can always be viewed under the fountain pen icon by any TPP user.

What if I want close my eSign account?

Removing and closing your eSign account will remove access to the signed documents under the fountain pen icon.

Make sure you have saved any signed documents you might need to a local drive before reaching out to cancel.

What if I just want to change the notification email address?

Changing the email address you provided for activation of the eSign account will result in closure of the existing eSign account and require activation of a new eSign account.

As a result, you will lose your signed documents in the closed account. If you need to change the email, make sure you have saved all needed signed documents to a local drive before reaching out to change.

I’m clicking Show Report and nothing is coming up! What is happening?

Most likely there is a pop-up blocker active in your browser that is preventing the window from opening.
