TPP Pay Updates
We are excited to share that we have released a few updates to TPP Pay!
Ability To Turn ACH On Or Off
You now have the option to turn off the ability to process ACH transaction in TPP Pay.
Go to Administration > Profile & Preferences and then select the last tab labelled “Application Preferences”.
Scroll to the bottom and look for the TPP Pay Settings box and then check the desired option.
Click Save
Clients and TPP user will no longer have the option to choose ACH from the drop-down.
Email Notifications For Online Payments
Previously, TPP Pay would send email notifications to the Event Salesperson, Owner, Business Email, and to the client who made the payment.
You are now able to uncheck the Event Salesperson, Owner, or Business Email to prevent them from receiving notifications via email.
You may also add additional emails in the Other field.
You can add as many emails as you like as long as they are separated by a comma or a semicolon.
