How you are notified when someone messages you on a message in TPP!

In-App Notification

Any user who is tagged in a message will see a visual indicator in the bell icon, which is located in the upper right of TPP.

Notification Center

When you click the bell icon, you will be brought to the notification center where you can see all of your notifications.

Tags made on Leads, within the Client Portal, Left on TPP Pay online payments, and internal @ Mentions from your team will all show here.

Sections

Clicking a header will filter the notifications to that specific type.

Payments

When you send a client a payment link and the submit a payment, they have an option to include a message in the online payment portal.

These messages will appear in the notification center in TPP.

An email will also be sent to the address assigned to the tagged user’s profile under Admin > Manage Users.
