Exploring the Activity Log in TPP!
Activity Log
Each Deal, Lead, Contact, and Company has an Activity Log.
This is where you will see both internal @ Mentions and emails that have been sent or received.
Activity Filter
Initially, you will see all activity in the Activity Log.
In the upper right corner of the Activity Log there is a drop down that allows you to filter activity by type.
Tasks
In this example, the filter is set to only show Tasks.
Open Tasks will appear at the top while completed will appear under Previous Activity.
@ Mentions
In this image, the activity is filtered to only show @ Mentions.
Emails
In this image, the activity is filtered to only show Emails and they will appear in chronological order.
In the bottom right corner of each email there are two icons.
Reply
This allows you to reply to an email without leaving the Activity area.
Inbox
This will quickly navigate you to your inbox.
Notes
In this image, the activity is filtered to only show Notes and they will appear in chronological order.
Assigned to Me
In this image, the activity is filtered to only show anything that is specifically assigned to the current TPP user.
