Manage Users/TPPsales
In TPPsales you’ll need to provide your team access or they may be met with this error when attempting to access the CRM area.
Only Admins are able to permit access to users for TPPsales. In order to update those permissions, go to Administration > Manage Users.
There is now a new column labeled “TPPsales?” with checkboxes beside each users login ID.
Simply check off the TPPsales box next to the user you wish to provide access to and they should be able to do so they next time they log back in.
All paid users can be given access to TPPsales.
