New Account Overview
Hello and welcome to your new account with Total Party Planner (TPP).
Logins
Within 24 business hours of signing up for your new TPP account, you should receive your welcome email from our Onboarding team with all of your logins for you and your team.
Once you have your login credentials, click here to access your TPP account.
Email Confirmation
Once you enter your temporary password then you will be prompted to enter an email address to associate with your login.
This email address is used to reset your password, should that ever be necessary.
Change Password
Each user on your account will receive a user ID and a temporary password.
When you login to TPP for the first time you will be prompted to create a new, unique password to use moving forward.
Enter a new password using the guidelines and click Change Password to update.
