We’ve added a shortcut button to the Menu tab to access the Cost & Pricing tool!

The Cost & Pricing tool calculates the internal cost of your Menu Items and shows you your Food Cost % based on the Price Per Serving and number of Servings! Enter the number of servings needed, then enter your target Food Cost % to find how much you need to charge per serving or enter your Price Per Serving to find your current food cost percentage!
Red Navigation Bar Updates
Chat Support
We’ve moved the chat support icon from the lower right corner to the upper right in the red toolbar.
- To start a chat, simply click the icon and you will be able to send a message directly to our Client Care team for support.
- When you have an unread message, you will see a numeric indicator to alert you.
- You will also see a preview in the lower right corner.
Misc Icon Updates
We have retired the Calendar and Event icons that were located in the upper right within the toolbar.

Calendar Icon Alternative
Clicking the word Calendar in the red navigation bar will quickly access the Monthly calendar view.
Event Icon Alternatives
New events can be created in two ways:
- Choose the Event drop-down in the red navigation bar and choose Add New Event
- From the Monthly or Weekly calendar view using the New Event link on the date you want to add the new event.
